Plans and pricing
What each LucyIQ plan costs, what it unlocks, and how franchise pricing works — so you can pick the right plan for each agent.
How pricing works#
Every agent is its own subscription, and the plan belongs to that agent — you can run up to five agents in one account, each on its own plan, and change or cancel any agent's plan at any time without touching the others.
All prices are in US dollars, per month. New Zealand customers see GST added at checkout.
The three plans#
Business — US$39 / month per agent. Everything you need to put a knowledgeable agent to work: its own private knowledge base, documents answerable in seconds, website reading, self-learning, proactive greeting, and your branding and colours.
Professional — US$79 / month per agent. Everything in Business, plus a larger monthly allowance and the advanced abilities most growing businesses ask for: live web search for questions your documents don't cover, voice questions, sending helpdesk email from your own domain, and smart routing — sending each helpdesk ticket and sales lead straight to the right person on your team.
Ultimate — US$149 / month per agent. Everything in Professional, plus the biggest allowance and the whole toolkit: removing LucyIQ branding, agents that can read each other's knowledge, emailing documents straight to your agent, weekly automatic website re-reads, and conversation history kept up to 24 months.
How many questions is that? As a guide, an agent answers about 7,500 questions a month on Business, 15,000 on Professional and 30,000 on Ultimate. These are estimates based on the average question and answer across LucyIQ agents; longer answers use more of the allowance, shorter ones less.

Franchise pricing#
Franchise networks are priced per location rather than per plan: from US$59 per assistant, per location, per month (minimum 3 locations), on one subscription that head office pays — franchisees never see a checkout or a bill. Every location gets a full-strength agent. Details are on the franchise page.
Common questions#
Can I mix plans? Yes — each agent has its own plan. A Business Ask-Us Agent and an Ultimate Team Expert can live happily in the same account.
What happens if I outgrow my allowance? You can upgrade the agent's plan at any time, or add a one-off capacity top-up — see Understanding your answers allowance.
Is there a free trial? You can try a working agent on your own website content at lucyiq.com/try before you buy.
